Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to come to your office to use your services?
Not at all! Of course, if you would like to do so, that option is available to you. NLP works very well over the phone, and I have been supporting clients for years via voice.

How long will it take me to get results if I work with you?
People I work with typically start getting results from the first session. Of course, with complex problems, results can take longer but insight and understanding are typically immediately available. Less complex issues can typically be resolved in a few sessions.

Do you accept my insurance?
At this time, NLP is still too new to be accepted by mainstream insurance providers. Should that situation change, I will accept insurance as the opportunity to do so becomes available.

Do you have a sliding scale fee schedule?
Yes, for certain qualifying income conditions.

What is "confidentiality"?
I will keep all information disclosed within sessions and the written records pertaining to those sessions confidential. They will not be revealed to anyone without your written consent, except when disclosure is required by law.  Circumstances in which disclosure is required by law include: when there is reasonable suspicion of abuse to a child, elder, or dependent; when a client presents danger to themselves; when a court orders disclosure of records. We will discuss this further in the first session.

If your question has not been answered here, contact us and we will assist you.
